Town & Country Credit Union (TCCU)

Renovation of the Town & Country Credit Union facility, located in Minot, North Dakota. Prairie Engineering provided a design to increase occupant comfort by improving zone control in the building. We also improved the energy efficiency of the air distribution, hydronic heating, and lighting systems. Prairie Engineering worked closely with the contractors to ensure a successful construction process. Town & Country Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative founded in 1939 to provide a source of credit at reasonable interest rates and encourage savings from its members by paying competitive dividends.
